How do I register for a training program?

Registration for a training program is very easy. You may choose from one of our training programs here, or request your course demand or any required customization here.

How do I get access to the training program once I have made the payment?

Once you have paid for the course/s, you will receive an email with access instructions within 48 hours. If you do not receive the access email, please contact us.

Who teaches the training programs?

PRAVO^® has earned the respect of many industry leaders who have chosen to be on our network of trainers.

How can I get my certificate?

Once you have completed the program requirements, you will receive by email one or more certificates as specified in each course description. Certificate verification may take 3-10 business days to complete or as specified in program description. If other delivery methods are requested, eligible charges may apply.

What payment types do you accept?

Payment is possible through PayPal. An invoice may be issued if required. If other payment methods are requested, eligible charges may apply. For more information about our payment types,click here.

What currencies do you accept?

US$ and Jordanian Dinar (JD) are accepted and as placed in the program description.

Is it safe to buy online from you?

Yes, we use PayPal, the largest and most popular online payment system. We do not store your card details or pass on financial information to third parties.

What are available levels of training programs?

There are four different levels of training programs: training courses, training diploma, vocational diploma and professional diploma. Explore more about each level here.

Can I resell the training program I registered in/purchased?

Training programs may not be resold or given to someone else under any circumstances. This violates our Terms of Use. The registration/purchase is intended for personal or business use.

What do I do if I have a problem with my training?

We have dedicated staff who will help you solve any problems or questions you may have. If something goes wrong, write to us immediately using the contact us form.

What makes your training courseware packages different from others?

What is included in the training course packages?

When you buy a full training course package you receive everything you need to run a successful training program including: Trainee Guide (MS Word format); Trainer Guide; Power Point Slides (MS PowerPoint format); Self-assessment tools (selected courses); activities and handouts; Training evaluation forms; Course template certificate.

How easy is it to customize/edit training courses packages to suit my training needs?

All courses packages content are easily customizable/editable with no restrictions. You can easily integrate these materials into your training content using our developed standalone modules as per your requirement.
